This island is separated from the center of Venice by the Giudecca canal, but is very well served by public transport. Shops and restaurants are close by, and you will have the advantage of living outside the tourist flows and immersed in the truest Venetian spirit. The space The apartment of 85 mq is situated on two floors, it is composed of two bedrooms and it can comfortably accommodate 5 people: - On the ground floor you will be welcomed by the sitting room with sofa; the living area with kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave oven; a laundry room with washing machine and a safe box; a bathroom with shower; the first double bedroom (with a cot on request). - Upstairs you will find a relaxation area with sofa bed and TV in the open space of the mezzanine above the living area; a bathroom with shower; a bedroom with two single beds. Guest access Independent entrance overlooking a quiet alley. Access to the apartment with a key-code communicated during check-in. All rooms have free wifi and air-conditioning. The apartment is located about 150 m. from the Palanca pier. With the vaporetto you can easily and quickly reach all the places of greatest interest Other things to note At the check-in we ask for cash payment of the tourist tax of €3.00 per person/day, for a maximum of 5 days.
