Community swimming pool, tennis, and basketball courts available for a minimal fee The space There are in total of 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Every room has an air conditioner. We can comfortably house up to 15 guests, please inform us in advance how many you are so we can prepare accordingly. Comfortably sleeps two guests when needed. TV Each bedroom has a Smart TV and the living room has a 55” Smart TV. All TVs have Netflix. SELF CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT The main doors and the gate each have a Smart Lock. Checking in and out will be a breeze for you. ROOFTOP Large rooftop patio for you to enjoy the wonderful views of the city and the ocean. The outdoor Jacuzzi makes for some very Insta gram mable shots. The bar, BBQ, and outdoor sofa area are great for relaxing in the afternoon after a dip in the Jacuzzi. On top of the rooftop, there’s a lookout spot with an amazing mural painted by a local graffiti artist. TOILET/HEATING Only 2 toilets have water heaters COOKING The house has two kitchens and one BBQ area. Comes fully stocked. INTERNET & WIFI Covered with 5x Goog le Wifi points placed throughout the house for optimal connectivity. The Internet connection is 50mbit PLDT fiber. SECURITY Located inside a guarded and gated community. There are roaming guards day and night to monitor safety throughout the village. Seven CCTV cameras cover the perimeter of the house to further ensure your safety. Needless to say, you should be having no issues with safety :) There are NO cameras inside the house itself. We value your privacy. COMMUNITY AMENITIES You’ll have access to the following shared subdivision amenities: a swimming pool (PHP 100/person fee, about 2 USD), tennis courts, and basketball courts. Please note that the community swimming pool is closed on Fridays. PARKING Covered garage car spot on the property that can accommodate one large car. Guests are allowed to park outside the property along the road. FAMILIES Pack n’ play (crib), changing pad, baby bath, baby mattresses, and a high chair in the house for you to use. We can arrange a skilled English-speaking nanny on request at 10 USD/h (the minimum hours required is 3 hours, which will cost 30 USD). 24-hours prior notice is required. Keep in mind the house is 4 floors tall and the stairs don’t have safety gates. There's Monopoly, Jenga, and a deck of cards for you to use. EVENTS & PARTIES No parties, events, or photo shoots are allowed without prior approval from us. PLEASE NOTE The house is not suitable for guests who are not able to walk upstairs. If you have trouble with stairs, this may not be the place for you. NO animals or pets are allowed inside the house. No smoking is allowed inside the house. All rooms have fire alarms. Ashtrays are provided on the balconies and rooftops, please feel free to smoke in these areas. Anything you may need, please don't hesitate to contact us! We're looking forward to hosting you.
