Other things to note The open-concept design includes the dining area with a table set for six guests, which leads to the fully-stocked kitchen. Enjoy prepping and cooking on the two-tiered counter, complete with a 4-burner gas stove. From the living area, step out onto the balcony to look out over the village core. The main bedroom boasts a king bed and a private ensuite complete with a steam shower and jetted tub. In the guest bedroom, which has its own bathroom just across the hallway, where two queen beds reside. Village Peak at Westermere is the ultimate basecamp for exploring everything Mountain Village has to offer. The home comes with its own private ski locker in the building, and is just steps from all the bars, restaurants, and shops of the village⁠, as well as the gondola into the historic town of Telluride. WHAT TO KNOW - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 6 people. - The maximum number of cars at the property is 1. Oversized or high-profile vehicles could potentially not fit in designated spaces, please contact us for more details if needed. - This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable. - During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early. - Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption. To offset any inconvenience, we’ve reduced rates for this home. - This home is for sale, and showings may occur during reservations. 24 hour notice will be given, if possible. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed. - For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. - Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
