Private, bright, newly renovated guest house with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Located in a beautiful forested area on a rural 5 acre property. Just 10 minutes off the highway in a quiet family neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Forest trails that lead to a creek and waterfall are right at your doorstep. Come experience the beautiful Fraser Valley! Our city in the country with plenty of activities for couples and families. The space This newly built guest house is bright, spacious and modern featuring a large fully equipped kitchen and open concept dining & living room. The bedroom has a king bed, a desk for working privately and a 43" TV with Roku streaming device. High speed internet is included, Netflix and more is available. The living room has a cozy seating area and 55" 4k TV with Roku streaming device. The TV has a soundbar that doubles as a Bluetooth speaker for listening to your music. There is a fold away queen bed in the living room for two extra guests plus two single sleeping pads. (Two guests on the king bed, two on the queen folding bed and two on sleeping pads) *Please be aware that the typical maximum capacity is four but will work for up to six for those okay with sleeping on the floor using good quality sleeping pads. The second floor outdoor patio has a covered BBQ area featuring a gas grill and your own private outdoor dining area with forest views. We have a selection of books, puzzles, board games and snacks ready for your enjoyment. Guest access The guest house is located on the second floor of our detached garage and is accessed by a staircase that leads to your private outdoor patio and private entrance. Our Airbnb is not well suited for those who find stairs challenging. Two parking spaces are provided in front of the patio area off the main driveway. The guest house is completely separate from the main house where our family lives. We are always available for questions and advice. You are welcome to enjoy our large shared yard that leads to walking trails in the woods surrounding our neighborhood. Children should be supervised at all times when in the yard. Other things to note Ask us about all the fun activities in the Fraser Valley. Apple and berry picking, the tulip festival, corn maze, pumpkin patches and much more!
