The first floor has one full bath, one bedroom with queen bed and sleeps 2, one bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin and sleeps 3 and one bedroom has 2 queen beds, sleeps 4 and also includes an en-suite full bath and walk-in closet. The lower level has a wonderful open concept design and features a dining area, beautiful kitchen, stocked with everything you will need for cooking, baking and dining, living room, full bath, laundry and an outstanding waterfront gathering room. This amazing property also includes a separate guest quarters, only a few steps from the house, which features a kitchen and dinette, sitting area, full bath, a deck with views of the lake and 3 bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have one queen bed and the third bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed. Outdoors you will find multiple decks that are perfect for grilling and lounging and a fabulous 2 well dock with one 12x24 slip and one 12x28 slip. The dock also features a wonderfully large swim platform, a covered sitting area and fantastic bar. The quiet, no wake, cove is perfect for fishing and safe swimming. We give our guests 100% privacy but are available 24/7 should assistance be needed. - Reservation Holder must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire duration of the stay. - A welcome packet containing directions, access information and additional instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder the week prior to arrival. These documents will be sent by the host through email only and only to the reservation holder. They will not be sent by any other way, including in person. - NO Animals. NO Exceptions. Evidence of animals inside or outside will result in the loss of the entire damage deposit as well as additional cleaning and damage costs. - NO Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties. NO Exceptions - NO Smoking indoors or on Screened Porches. Smoking inside, as well as damage or debris/paraphernalia found inside or outside will result in the loss of the entire damage deposit as well as additional cleaning and damage costs. - NO Bonfires, Fireworks, Candles and Other Flammables Evidence such as damage or debris/paraphernalia found inside or outside the house will result in the loss of the entire damage deposit as well as additional cleaning and damage costs. The estates policy on bonfires, fireworks and other outdoor flammables is strict and strongly enforced. - *For security and liability purposes the outside perimeter of the property, including the dock, is under 24 hour video surveillance.
