And should you choose to spend the whole day at the property you are sure to love the 3 flatscreen tv's with Netflix and an XBox 360 (bring your own games) - plus wifi for streaming.  The property also offers a full kitchen and great deck space.   No matter where the day takes you Gnome & Creek Condo is a great choice for your next vacation.   Pine Mountain Lake Administration (PMLA) charges per vehicle for access/parking permits; the entire amount is paid to PMLA. The access/parking permit(s) allows access to the gated community, including the amenities like the lake and swimming pool. The permit also allows you to park at the vacation rental you have reserved. The permit(s) are required to be on your car dash or hung on your rear view mirror at all times, for the duration of your stay. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA. Parking permits are non-refundable. They do not operate like a private Airbnb host would. 1) Once your reservation has been made, the property management agency will request your direct email address and require 2 online forms to be completed prior to your arrival; both with due dates. Your full & timely cooperation is necessary in order to process your reservation. 2) The property management agency requires that you provide a valid credit card directly to them, to pay for parking permits and optional travel insurance. These costs are not processed through the Airbnb platform. Please cooperate with their standard protocols. 3) Yosemite Region Resorts works closely with three Airbnb reps on a regular basis and has Airbnb's full approval on how they operate. 4) Please plan ahead and know where you are going before you leave home in route to your getaway. PINE MOUNTAIN LAKE AMENITIES Airport, 18-Hole Championship Golf Course, Country Club with indoor & outdoor dining, Tennis Courts, Community Pool, Horseshoe Pits, Equestrian Center, Three Sandy Beaches on the Lake (Marina Beach, Lake Lodge Beach, Dunn Court Beach). The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: expansive sandy beach & lawn area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, volleyball net, sailboat / kayak / paddle boat / standup paddle rentals. CAN GUESTS LAUNCH THEIR OWN BOATS? Guests are not allowed to launch boats/watercrafts of any kind on Pine Mountain Lake, per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules. However, Lake Don Pedro is just 20-minutes away & perfect for a day trip with water toys! And remember, you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals at the main Marina Beach in Pine Mountain Lake. NOISE LEVEL: Please consider your condominium neighbors by keeping the noise levels to what would be considered normal and unintrusive. GATHERINGS: No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 6 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 6 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed). GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION: Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $31 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML HOA. Access permits are non-refundable. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA. LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided. TELEPHONE: No phone. PARKING: Garage parking for one guest vehicle. No garage door opener. Garage can be opened from the inside. Driveway parking for one guest vehicle. Maximum of 2 guest vehicles total. STAIRS: This property has exterior & interior stairs. CHILDREN:  Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks.  Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof. PETS: No pets. No animals. AGE RESTRICTION:  You must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking to reserve this property. A copy of your drivers license will be required within 24 hours of booking.  FIREWOOD: Firewood is not provided. AIRBNB "EXTRA PEOPLE" EXPLANATION: What does AirBnB mean by "Extra People No Charge"?: The house will sleep a specific number of people in beds, as provided in the description of the property. Additionally, the homeowner has provided a maximum occupancy limit, not to be exceeded. There is no extra charge for extra people above the number of people the home sleeps in beds, but not to exceed the maximum occupancy. FOR EXAMPLE: If the house SLEEPS 6 in beds with a MAXOCCUP LIMIT of 8... there is no extra charge for guest #7 & #8. No extra guests would be permitted above the maximum occupancy limit of 8.
