The house is an older-style home with 4 bedrooms, a private yard and driveway. It can easily accommodate a large family or a group of friends. The space The spacious 4-bedrooms house is classic and stylish with loads of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. Enjoy the welcoming space of this home away from home. The house has a fully ducted heating system. The switch for the heating system is located below the clock in the living room. Each room has a fan. Only the living room has an air conditioner that can provide cooling. Living Room: The living room has a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix and 2 comfy Sofa. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Queen bed with wardrobe space, study area, and ensuite Bedroom 2: Queen bed with wardrobe space Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: Two Single beds with wardrobe space *All linens and towels are washed after each guest's stay on an allergy wash cycle at a minimum of 60 degrees, We use Canesten antibacterial liquid on the final rinse and do not use fabric softeners or detergents with fragrance. Drying sheets will leave them wrinkled, appreciate you could understand. * If you need any additional requirements (such as extra bedding, pillows, two flat sheets on top, and sofa beds) Please don't hesitate to ask! Bathroom: We will provide complimentary towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash. Kitchen: The Kitchen is fully facility for cooking basic meals. We provide a coffee machine, but we do not supply milk, bread, cereal, jam, or other perishable food items due to food safety concerns. Instead, we only provide the most basic essentials: oil, sugar, and salt. Thank you for your understanding.A supermarket is very close to the property, so you can easily purchase what you need. Please take any leftover items with you to avoid waste Laundry Room: The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and is fully stocked with detergent. Swimming Pool: We don't advertise our property having a Swimming Pool. However, when you arrive, you will see that we have a Swimming Pool. Please DON'T go in. It's non-operational at the moment as it needs restoration. No Cameras Installed: Please be aware that there are no cameras installed within our property. We aim to provide you with comfort and privacy during your stay, and we hope for mutual respect during your time here. Parties / Events NOT Allowed: Please note that our property is not suitable for hosting parties or Events. Our surrounding neighbors are long-term residents who value a quiet and peaceful living environment. Please ensure that your activities do not disrupt their lives and refrain from causing unnecessary inconvenience or disturbance. Communication is very important. If you experience any discomfort during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs and ensure you have a 5-star experience. Guest access We will provide you with check-in instructions a day before your arrival. How to Use the Electronic Lock 1. Wake Up the Lock Press the “X” button in the bottom-left corner of the keypad to activate the lock. 2. Enter Your Password Carefully input your password using the keypad. 3. Unlock Press the “✔” button in the bottom-right corner to confirm your password and unlock the door. 4. Manual Locking and Unlocking The lock can be manually opened and closed. If you forget to lock the door, it will automatically lock itself after 3 minutes. If you experience any issues, feel free to reach out for assistance. Other things to note *The kids Must Be under adult supervision at all times. * A cleaner may stop by on a Wednesday evening to put the garbage bins out and then bring them in again Thursday evening. * It is a quiet neighbourhood, noise restrictions are in place after 9 pm. *Please make sure all lights and heating/Air Conditioning are turned off when you leave the property each day.
