This Lockwood home has recently been renovated with brand new beds, kitchen and bathroom fitted. A large deck overlooks the campground and estuary with views out to sea towards Great Barrier. Easy access to the estuary and a 10 minute walk to the shops. A must do is visit Bennett's Chocolate factory and the Saturday morning organic markets is full of treats for your stay including the best free range eggs, a local coffee bean roast and delicious cheeses. The local butcher has won numerous awards for his quality meat for the BBQ and the deli in the Heads has fantastic cheese sticks. There is a choice of restaurants, and at the surf club, during the fine weekends, you can get a delicious frozen fruit yogurt cone or coffee from the locals. If you are up for some exercise, the 3 hr Cliff walk from the surf beach is spectacular. There are other great walks and wineries to keep you busy.
