A pineapple a day keeps the worries away! We welcome you to the Pineapple Beach House (PBH), where you can relax, unwind, and enjoy everything that Colonial Beach has to offer! PBH is a fully renovated, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath craftsman-style home that features a partial view of Monroe Bay and a 5-7 minute walk to beach access through a quiet, residential neighborhood. It’s the perfect getaway for families or a group of friends. Escape from the daily grind for a few days, a week, or longer! The space Every bedroom has room darkening shades and a ceiling fan for added comfort. 1st bedroom: First floor primary bedroom with king bed and private en-suite bathroom 2nd bedroom: king bed 3rd bedroom: queen bed 4th bedroom: two pyramid bunks with a full bed and upper twin bed We have multiple dedicated workspaces (in both king rooms and the queen room) and the fastest high-speed internet available in the area for our guests. Grab a morning cup of coffee and sit on a rocking chair on our covered front porch - if you’re lucky you’ll get a close up view of the ospreys in the nest across the street. The back deck has ample overhead bistro lighting and seating for eight, with a view of Monroe Bay. We also have a firepit and adirondack chairs, as well as a gas grill. NEW PRIVACY FENCE RECENTLY INSTALLED! Guest access You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the locked owner’s closet and cleaner’s closet. A unique door access code will be provided to you before check-in. Other things to note We are just a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach. We provide one bath towel and one beach towel per registered guest, eight beach chairs, assorted beach toys, a beach blanket, and even a wagon for guest use. Please bring any additional beach supplies you need such as umbrellas, tents, floaties, and pumps.
