Our newly built and modernly furnished vacation home is idyllically located near the beautiful Vechtesee. It convinces with the quiet location only 400 m from the city center in Nordhorn. This holiday home has been awarded the FeWoAirClean seal. That's why our living room is equipped with an air purifier. It can be controlled by smartphone! According to the manufacturer, it is possible to remove 99.98% of viruses and aerosols from the air. Notes on additional costs and fees: The rental prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays a surcharge per night. Electricity/water/heating are included. Bed and bath linen as well as firewood can be ordered on request for a fee. Special highlight: When booking, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners from the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture. If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the renter must obtain this certificate at their own expense and present it at the request of the authorities.
