Enter the front door to a well equipped, very functional kitchen with plenty of cupboards, island bench, outdoor window servery to the front deck entertaining area, a designated casual lounge area, dining table with seating, a super fabulous record player with albums to bring back those memories and a split system air conditioner to keep you cool on those hot summer nights. Bedroom 1 with a king bed, digital television, ceiling fan, split system air conditioner. Ensuite with bath, shower, vanity and toilet. Bedroom 2 with a queen bed. The split system air conditioner located in the lounge area adequately services this bedroom. DOWNSTAIRS Bedroom 3 with 2 single bunk beds and 2 single beds. Family bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity. European laundry with washing machine & dryer. An open plan living space with Table Tennis Table, Smart TV, beanbags, ample seating and couch. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or on nature strip areas. Please be mindful while enjoying your stay that surrounding neighbours live in this community and are entitled to peace and amenity in their residential area. A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement and require you to immediately vacate the property. PETS A Pet Stay Levy applies for every Pet approved to reside. $150.00 Please indicate in your enquiry if you wish to bring your pet. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. You must bring your own pet bed. Pets are not permitted to access carpeted areas or allowed on any furniture or bedroom linen. If there is a second story and stairs inside the premises, Pets are not permitted to access the floors above unless reasonably unavoidable. You must pick up and dispose of responsibly, all pet excrement. Do not empty Pet excrement into the rubbish bin without it being secured in a plastic bag. Bin washing will be claimed if identified. You will be liable for all costs to rectify damage identified caused by your pet to gardens, lawns, linen, furniture, carpet, curtains, blinds, floor boards. You will be liable for extraordinary cleaning if Pet hair is prominent on any furniture, linen, carpets, curtains, baths, showers. A claim for loss and damage will be submitted to Airbnb to recover compensation from you.
