When entering apartment, there is an enclosed porch with a television for entertainment. Entering the house, there is a dining area and chairs to seat 3 guests. A desk/workspace is in that area as well. Across the dining room area is the living room with a couch/sofa bed and a smart television. Rooms are accented with ceiling to floor windows that allow you to soak in as much natural light as you'd like. Bedroom is vey spacious with a king bed, smart television and clothing rack. Attached to the bedroom is a full bathroom with a walk in shower. Kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and seating at kitchen island for 2 guests. Half bath is located in the back of the apartment off of the kitchen. Entire building is 3 units. This listing is for the first floor apartment only. On site washer and dryer is ONLY available for guests staying longer than 7 days. The property is a 3 unit property, please be mindful of other guests in regards to noise. The property does have quiet hours between 10pm and 9am. As a friendly reminder, the number of people inside the unit should never exceed your guest count at anytime. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and gatherings. No parties, pets or smoking is permitted inside of apartment. 3 person maximum and all guests must be included in reservation.
