"Iris" Gîte - charming, quiet 10 minutes from Sarlat

10 km from Sarlat, 2 km from the Dordogne River, we welcome you in a setting of greenery and calm. 3 pretty cottages in a wooded area by the pool. Ideal location for exploring the Dordogne Valley and part of the Lot Valley (Martel, Padirac, Rocamadour). The space The "Iris" gîte, 4 to 5 people (55 m2), is carefully equipped for your comfort. On the ground floor, a living room/kitchen, a bedroom (160 cm bed), a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 90 bed – possibility of a third 90 bed. Guests will enjoy two terraces, one with garden furniture and barbecue facing the entrance of the cottage and a small terrace with a high deckchair, access from the bottom or from one of the upstairs bedrooms. The saltwater pool (5 m x 10 m) is common to the 3 cottages, open from May 1 to October 30, unheated. Bikes are available (2 adult hybrid bikes, 2 teen mountain bikes, 1 child mountain bike). The start of the greenway is 1.5 km away – Ping pong The cottages are located on a 2-hectare property, the cottage is independent and adjoining another cottage. Other things to note From 4 April to 26 September 2026, the rental is per week from Saturday to Saturday. The end-of-stay cleaning fee of 35 euros is to be paid on site if you do not wish to do so. Small dogs are accepted with prior agreement from the owner.
