The living room includes comfortable seating, Sleeper Sofa, a custom-built coffee table, lots of board games, tabletop Pac-Man arcade and a 55 inch 4k smart TV. The newly updated kitchen has cookware, plates, bowls, cups, glassware, silverware, etc., for your cooking and dining needs. The coffee corner has a 2-in-1 drip and K-cup coffee maker and complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar, and K-cups. Feel free to bring your own favorite coffee! The patio is lit with string lights at night and is the perfect place to grill and sit around the fire (Free Firewood Included). The backyard has plenty of room to throw around a football, play corn hole, Giant Connect 4, ladder golf, or Nerf axe throwing - all games included with your stay and located in the shed in the back yard. *During the spring and summer months the next door neighbors take care of the garden in the backyard they try to only do so when we don't have guests but during certain busy times they may need to go in the backyard and pick/trim plants quickly* The bedrooms all include new memory foam mattresses that are medium-firm. Bedroom 1 includes one queen bed, a 43-inch 4k Smart TV, and two nightstands with charging stations. Bedroom 2 includes one queen bed, desk workstation, closet system, and one nightstand with a charging station. Bedroom 3 is our quaint cabin-themed room with two full-size beds, tons of closet space, and one nightstand with a charging station. A space heater is available to keep you extra warm in the colder months! The newly updated full bathroom includes a rain shower head, a vessel sink, and basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The half bath has also been recently updated. A washer and dryer are available in the basement, laundry room with complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets. Other things to note The driveway is a single-lane and easily parks three cars. The garage is used for host storage and is not available for guests. According to city ordinances, street parking is prohibited from 2:00 am to 5:00 am. The outside patio may not be available once there is too much snow in winter. The house offers good water pressure for showers; however, if several guests need to shower successively, allow some time for the hot water to replenish. Please use the coasters and placemats supplied on the kitchen countertop and coffee table. The home is kid and infant-friendly but not kid or infant-proof. We provide two baby gates, a pack-and-play and have made some extra safety precautions like stove knob covers, outlet plug covers, securing TVs, and keeping harmful cleaning chemicals out of reach. The guests will be responsible for ensuring child and infant safety during their stay.
