The balcony features an amazing view of greenery and golf course views, where you’ll enjoy sipping your morning coffee while enjoying the view. The dining area has a table and chairs to accommodate up to 8 persons and the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances for a seamless stay. Master Bedroom This heartwarming bedroom features a king-size bed with two bedside tables. You’ll have access to a built-in wardrobe. An en suite bathroom features a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. There are also two other contemporary bedrooms, each of them featuring a queen-sized bed. Guest access Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including a gym and a shared swimming pool. Other things to note Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival. We provide one complementary cleaning session, once each 7 nights stay. Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled for the cleaning sessions. Guests will be required to sign a check-in and check-out forms in accordance to the UAE local laws and the company's standard operational procedures. To comply with Dubai Tourism regulations, we require passport copies for all guests who will be staying in the apartment before the check-in date, so we can submit them to the security of the building to avail entrance passes for each guest. Check-in time is from 15:00 hrs until 21:00 hrs. Any arrival later than 21:00 hrs will be subject to management’s decision and should be communicated at least 3 days before the arrival date. Please get in touch with the Guest Relation Team with regards to confirmation for late arrival. Extra Beds and Baby Cribs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Please note: As per our policy, we will collect a security deposit of one of the following amounts upon arrival (As per the UAE new guidelines, cash payments are strictly prohibited): • 1,500 AED for one-bedroom apartments • 2,000 AED for two-bedroom apartments • 3,000 AED for three-bedroom apartments • 4,000 AED for four-bedroom apartments • 5,000 AED for four-bedroom villas • 5,000 AED for Penthouse For arrivals outside of our operational hours, the security deposit payment is required before arrival through a payment link and self check-in instructions are sent to the guests on their arrival day.
