Burgie Woodland Lodges - Ben Wyvis -3 bedroom Lodge - Sleeps up to 6 - with Hot tub Burgie self-catering Lodge is centrally located in the North East of Scotland, making it the perfect destination for families/friends/couples of all ages, whether looking for a relaxing/activity-packed holidays. Ben Wyvis is a stylish and comfortable lodge situated within a peaceful rural setting with amazing views over Findhorn Bay and the Moray Firth to the Caithness and Sutherland hills in the distance. The space Ben Kilbreck is a comfortable 3-bedroom lodge with an open plan kitchen, dining and living rooms area, which open through patio doors, out onto a private veranda where there is outdoor furniture and a hot tub. The 3 bedrooms are configured as a double ensuite and two twin's with a separate bathroom. All beds come with sheets, duvets & towels The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, along with plenty of storage. It has all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you should need for your stay. The living room area has 2 large sofas, coffee and side tables, a electric stove and a standard TV and DVD player. The dining table seats 6. The Hot Tub seats 6 comfortably. The lodge is non-smoking. Pets/dogs (max 2) are permitted. A large private parking area is adjacent to the cabin High-chair and travel cot are available on request. Guest access Guests have sole use of the whole lodge and the hot tub. They have access to the space around the lodge and a large parking area adjacent to the lodge. Before your stay you will be given the code to the lock box to access the key. The Lodge is set at a quiet corner of Burgie Estate and road access is through the working farms. We work to maintain the farm roads continuously, however this is a never ending job and the weather can cause issues with this. Please be mindful of the roads when accessing the lodge. Other things to note 2 well behaved dogs are permitted - please pick up the dog poo from out side the lodge before your departure. The hot tub will be checked daily by our maintenance team.
