We’re excited to share one of our favourite places in South Australia with you. Our pet friendly 3 bedroom holiday home is located about 90 mins from the Adelaide CBD and within just 15 minutes of some amazing local spots of the Fleurieu Peninsula with Rapid Bay, Second Valley and the launchpad for Kangaroo Island of Cape Jervis nearby. The house is also in the perfect location to explore nearby Deep Creek Conservation Park, Morgans Beach and is on the doorstep to the wine regions. The space The open plan lounge is very spacious with a northern aspect. A large deck is at the rear of the house with barbecue and table and chairs. The entire property is set on one acre and the rear yard is fully landscaped with trees and many different varieties of flowers and shrubs. The back of the property overlooks a working farm. There are many different birds that visit the property and we have bird seed there so you can put on the bird feeders. Guest access You will have access to the house and property and there is also a studio with a daybed halfway down the property. Other things to note There is phone coverage with Telstra and Optus typically available at the location. There is free Wifi available. As we’re on rainwater at the property the spa does not work.
