Escape the city noise and have your next family vacation or get-together at our luxury cottage which is gated and very private. With 8 bedrooms, 47 acres of forest and a private lake, there’s plenty to enjoy and entertainment for everyone.The cottage sleeps max 16 adults and 2 kids. COMMERCIAL GATHERINGS, PARTIES, DAY GUESTS,GUESTS/OVER-FLOW FROM OTHER COTTAGES & 3RD PARTY RENTALS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!If any of the above rules are broken, we reserve the right to terminate the booking. The space 8250 sq. ft. of indoor Living space with 8 Bedrooms, 5 Full Washrooms and a Powder Room, fully equipped kitchen, large dinning, 3 lounge areas, Muskoka room, Movie Theatre room, Gym, Office/Reading space gives you and your family/guests ample space to relax, unwind & recharge! We also have two sets of washers & dryers for your laundry needs. Main Floor Master & Lower-Level Bedrooms also have access to outdoor decks, sitting, fire-pit’s & garden areas. Enjoy the walkout lower level, looking over the private lake and unwind on the beachfront and dock. Walk-out Lower level also has a spacious Bar, Pool & foosball table & a piano. TVs in every room and a movie theater in the lower level to watch some feature films with the whole family or a sports event on the drop down screen. Our cottage offers a wide variety of “activity” to make everyone’s stay super enjoyable. Please note "Hot Tub" is open only during season. Starting May 24th weekend to after ThanksGiving, every year. Guest access As our guest you will have access to the entire cottage along with the private lake and access to Osbourne Point road from the back of the property. Within the cottage guests have access to all our amenities including the kitchen and laundry facilities. For some added fun guests are provided with Stand-up paddleboards, canoes, kayaks, Aluminum fishing boat(non-motorized), Short surf boards & kids peddle raft etc. The cottage also comes with a beautiful outdoor seated fire-pit with 12 Muskoka chairs to enjoy your days end with a glass of wine by the fire, under the stars! We've also added a "floating, screened in gazebo" on our small pond.Pls follow Local “Lake of Bays-fire Regulations” Other things to note Our cottage is in Lake of Bays, so you can officially say you’re in Ontario’s sought after “Cottage Country”. Whether you’re here in the spring enjoying the water or in the fall soaking up all of the seasons’ colours, we encourage guests to bring their camera as you explore the 47 acres and walking trails onsite. Lake of Bays is home to many an amazing array of wildlife, including: deer, moose, ducks, loons and turtles. Lake of bays also offers great fishing and 300 km of shoreline and many hidden bays to boat and explore So please bring your boats,see-doos with you. The public boat launch is only minutes away from the cottage ( south portage marina, dock and gas ) on beautiful clean waters of Lake of Bays. Also great ATV trails to explore on thousand of Acres of crown land minutes away. If you don’t have the above you can locally rent them in Dwight. Pls call and reserve your choice in advance as summer is a very busy time for rentals. World renowned Algonquin National Park is only 20 minutes drive on the other side of lake of bays on HWY 60 nature walk wilderness dining restaurants ,nature walks .canoe trips. And wild life watching are many things you can do in the park. Fall season is very popular for its leaf colours and nice weather. If you are a winter lover this is paradise. Snowmobile with a private trail leading to OFSC trails on lake of bays from the cottage. Ice fishing downhill skiing (hidden valley ski resort 8 min drive ) dog sledding , cross-country skiing , snowshoeing, ice skating,tobogganing ( at cottage ) snow tubing, and snow bike rides on trails are many things to do outdoors. Covid & other Health concerns: In light of recent events with Covid-19, Canzan Rentals will be taking extra precautions to ensure your safety. We have an impeccable record of cleaning standards as noted with our 5-star cleanliness reviews. We are now using high-grade disinfectant cleaners to ensure the most effective removal of germs and bacteria. As always, no towels, bedsheets, or tea towels are ever re-used between rentals. At Canzan Rentals, your safety is our first priority, and we are doing everything we can to make your stay safe and enjoyable.
