Interior: Upon entering, you’ll immediately notice the beach-inspired décor that creates a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The soothing colors and coastal accents will transport you to a beachfront paradise. Imagine waking up to the sound of gentle waves and having the Gulf Coast at your doorstep. The bedroom features a spacious king-size bed. Maintaining an open and airy feel throughout the condo, please be aware that the master bedroom does not have a privacy door. Additional accommodations are provided with a comfortable queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room, perfect for extra guests or family members. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts a dining table and a counter with four stools, offering plenty of space for meals and gatherings. Whether you’re preparing a seafood feast or enjoying a quick breakfast, you’ll find everything you need in this well-appointed kitchen. As you relax in the cozy living area, you’ll be treated to beautiful Gulf views through the large windows, creating a picturesque backdrop for your stay. Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change. Other things to note On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
