Welcome to The Hibiscus house, quaint cottage in a lake side community on the shores of Lake Erie. We have a community private beach access with a walkable high bank perch just a 2 min slow walk from the front door. Located 15 minutes from Cedar Point, Kalahari, and even closer to Cedar Point Sports Center. We have thought of the things you forgot and the things you didn't know you needed. We provide the pallet for you to paint the perfect family/ friends/ romantic getaway. The space The Hibiscus House is a two bedroom one bath cottage that is equipped to be comfortable for sleeping and an adequate living space for hanging out. There is a fully functional and stocked kitchen with amenities that will save you time and money. A front patio perfect for grilling a meal, reading a book, or enjoying a game with family. If you packed light, no worries there is an in house laundry facility. Provided is everything from a coffee / tea cart with various ways to enjoy your hot caffeinated beverages. Fresh spring drinking water and bottle to fill up to your beach trips. I have include a Raspberry Pi with a retro gaming system loaded with many games that are sure to inspire nostalgia and family competition. It is half of a duplex but doesn't feel like it. If weather keeps you in, you will not be disappointed by the cozy delay in your vacation plans. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to Apartment A, which includes a patio. Sporting goods & other amenities can be found in the right half of the shed at the back of the property. Trash cans are behind the shed. Guests will have shared access to the recreation park, beachfront park in the community. Other things to note There is a small marina with an nice but inexpensive launch ramp only 1/3 miles away. They offer guest docking and/ or overnight storage. Guest dockage is $30/ night or $155/ week. Some of Erie's Best fishing spots are located not far from the Cranberry Creek area. There is an allowance for a small pet of 25#'s or less, but we will ask about the breed and size, and it comes with a pet fee. Mitiwanga is leashed dog-friendly, however, dogs are not permitted in the beach-front park.
