Just 750 meters from Capivari, leave your car in the garage and enjoy a short and tasty walk to the center, without worrying about parking costs, or the risks of drinking and driving! The full kitchen is perfect for those who like to make their own meals, and the fireplace, in addition to warming up cold nights, is also great for roasting marshmallows and making amazing stories! The space The apartment is very cozy and charming, and honestly, very enjoyed by us, who never go more than a few weeks without visiting it and enjoying the coolness of the mountains and visiting our favorite establishments! Although it is very close to the train track, it is very quiet - especially at night - so you can believe that you will have very peaceful nights of sleep and rest from the stress of everyday life. In addition, as it is constantly used by us, the apartment is fully equipped and functional. The kitchen has everything you need for those who like to make their own meals (and maybe save a little?) and, in the cabinets, you will find various ingredients (feel free to use them, we just ask that you replace them if something runs out). A special highlight is the living room balcony and fireplace, which are very charming, in addition to taking amazing photos! On the left side of the fireplace is a red folder with indications of restaurants and spaces we love in the city! Feel free to explore Campos do Jordão with the help of those who love the city and try to get to know everything about it! We provide heaters, pillows and comforters, but towels and bed linens (sheets and pillowcases) must be brought by guests, as they are intimate items! The parking space is for one car only, but we always park extra cars on the streets and we've never had any problems! Guest access In addition to the apartment itself, the building has a gym (with the basics), a game room, as well as two common rooms: one with a fireplace and a large TV, and another with a very nice pizza oven, a refrigerator and several tables (isn't a pizza party a great idea for a large group that doesn't want to spend a lot?)! Other things to note IMPORTANT: You will only be able to access the apartment after sending the personal data (full name, ID and telephone number) of all guests to the administrator. Be sure to send us this information, as well as the details of the car that will use the garage, after confirming the reservation. In addition, guests must bring personal items (towels, bed sheets and pillowcases).
