The cozy vacation home is located in the car-free complex "Ferienpark Lauterdörfle" in Hayingen and is the ideal place for your relaxing family vacation. In the living room with fireplace you can spend relaxing hours on the couch. The dining area offers space to plan the activities of the day with a delicious breakfast or to chat with a cold drink in the evening and to spend the time with a nice game night. All three bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. The bathroom with bathtub is directly adjacent to double room 1 and can be entered via this room. The other bathroom with shower can be reached via the corridor. Outside, your children can play on the spacious property while you relax on the covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and two loungers in the sun and end the day with a cold drink. The special thing about this house is that the terrace can be closed with glass sliding doors and thus invites you to linger in winter. Two parking spaces are available per booking on the edge of the complex. The luggage can be transported from the parking lot to the house with a handcart. In the holiday park, it is guaranteed not to be boring with two large playgrounds, mini golf course, outdoor chess, soccer field, game house with table football & table tennis tables and tennis court. On the three communal barbecue areas you can prepare delicious meals for a convivial barbecue evening. The Swabian Alb region is excellent for hiking and cycling in nature as well as boating on the Lauter or Danube. Visit the Friedrichshöhle/Wimsener Höhle, the biosphere reserve in Münsingen, the cave worlds in Sonnenbühl or the Laufenmühle/Wolfstal in Lauterach. For an excursion, we recommend the main and state stud farm Marbach in Gomadingen for sightseeing or with changing events. Also interesting are the Traumland Sonnenbühl, Lichtenstein Castle with climbing park or Hohenzollern Castle. You may also want to visit Ravensburger Spieleland or Legoland Günzburg. The following communal offers are available for a fee: washing machine € 4.00 / dryer € 1.50 / sauna € 5.00 per person without towels. Firewood can be purchased on site for a fee.
