Come and stay at this peaceful holiday home, situated in a prime Old Dunsborough location, with stunning views across the bushland and fairways of the Dunsborough Country Club. This light and bright two-story home sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms, and includes 2.5 bathrooms. With two lounge rooms and an extensive balcony and deck area, there is plenty of room for the whole family to not only relax and retreat after a day’s adventures, but also to spend quality time together. Designed to take full advantage of the stunning bushland views on offer, the first floor is also where the family will come together. This level includes an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room, with reverse cycle air-conditioning and with all rooms opening up onto the huge balcony. Along with a powder room, a master bedroom (Queen bed) with walk in robe and spa ensuite is also located on the tree-top views first floor. The ground floor of the home consists of the remaining two bedrooms - 1 x Queen bed; and 2 x Single Bunks; a bathroom; and a fully enclosable lounge room. Visitors to the home absolutely love seeing the kangaroos and native birds which frequently gather near the home.
