The space This is a newly remodeled 2 story house. There is a private entrance for the upper and lower level. The stairway is outside (no stairs inside the house). You will be renting the entire house for your stay with access to all 4 bedrooms on both levels. The main living area is upstairs with 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathroom. It has a large kitchen living room, and outdoor balcony with dining set. The lower level has 2 bedrooms with a small kitchenette, bathroom with shower, a fun TV room with awesome view of the lake. It's great for privacy when you are with another family are coming, also perfect for teenagers or for people with limited mobility. There is a TV upstairs and another TV downstairs. There is a backyard with a charcoal Weber BBQ. Please bring your charcoal. Guests have access to a private pier/dock. Coffee machines and all cookware are available both upstairs and downstairs. There is 1 king bed, 3 queens beds in total. The king bed is upstairs. Patio furniture for 8 people, Dining table for 8 as well. Please note: we are not responsible for the condition of the lake water, the level of the lake as well. Each year there is a natural algae cycle during hot summer month, the water may not be suitable for swimming. We are not updating our listing with lake condition as can change daily and weekly.
