Cotanilla rural house was a farmhouse, now rehabilitated in its entirety, in an exquisite way, as rural accommodation. Built in harmony with the environment, dominated by stone, aged brick, Arab tile and wood for loading, ceilings and attic. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, fireplace, porch with sliding glass doors where the barbecue and garden. It is located, in the much appreciated, Sierra de Guadarrama. 30 km from Segovia and 100 km from Madrid. It is a privileged place to enjoy and occupy free time. In the immediate surroundings you can see a rocky landscape with a vegetation of oaks, junipers, oaks, pines .... Equally you can perceive the sound of silence, nature in its purest state, the flight of some birds in danger of extinction, the roar of roe deer and deer, a few meters away, wild boars, foxes ....
