Other things to note - Please note this property has 2 exterior security cameras located at the front of the home and the rear of the home. - Door Locks: The front door facing E. 4th Avenue is locked and unlocked by lifting the handle UP and turning the lock simultaneously. - This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine. - Trash Info: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located by the street in the front of the home. - Pets: Pets are allowed, 50 lb maximum. $15 per day per pet - 2 pets maximum. - Parking: This unit offers 1 private off-street parking spot in the rear of the home. - Private washer/dryer - We do not allow smoking inside this property. All reservations are subject to being charged a smoking fee if you or your guests choose to smoke inside.
