This cozy and inviting vacation rental home is located in one of San Felipe's most exclusive resorts, El Dorado Ranch, which features 24-hour gated security for your complete peace of mind. Nestled on a level block in a desirably tranquil cul-de-sac location, this residence retains the value of peaceful living while keeping you conveniently close to all the action. It is the perfect setup for a small family or as a relaxing holiday retreat. Resort Amenities and Golf Staying at El Dorado Ranch grants you and your group access to premium resort-style amenities. The property is located just a short two- to three-minute drive from the main resort swimming pool. During your stay, you can take advantage of: * Two huge, sparkling resort swimming pools * Private resort beach access along the Sea of Cortez to enjoy with friends and loved ones * El Pabellón, celebrated as one of the absolute best restaurants in town * Las Caras de México, a championship-style professional golf course Living Space and Kitchen Layout The house features a bright and welcoming open-concept kitchen and dining area, fully equipped for preparing family meals and snacks at your leisure. The layout flows comfortably into the main living spaces, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after a fun day of exploring the beach or the golf course. Bedrooms and Bathrooms This property features two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms designed for a restful stay: * The first bedroom is equipped with a cozy Full-size bed. * The second bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Queen-size bed. The physical beds in the home are ideal for a group of four guests. If your party has more than four people, you are welcome to bring an alternative airbed or extra bedding to accommodate up to two additional guests. Important Resort Pass and Pool Rules El Dorado Ranch strictly regulates access to its community facilities. Please read these check-in and amenity regulations carefully: This property comes with a maximum of four swimming pool passes only. Children aged 12 and under do not require a pass. If your group has more than four adults, please note that only four will be permitted inside the pool enclosures at any given time. The standard pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The resort requires guests to pick up their resort and pool passes in person through a mandatory two-step registration process. After completing your standard check-in and collecting your keys from our office, you will need to make one more quick stop at the resort pass office. Passes are issued daily between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. If you arrive after 4:30 PM, we will complete your standard property check-in as usual so you can enter the home. However, you will not be able to use the swimming pools on your arrival night because you will not have the required passes. You can simply visit the resort office the following morning to collect your passes and start enjoying the pools. Check-In Fees and Policy Our standard check-in hours run until 8:00 PM. If your arrival falls after 8:00 PM, please note there is a strict 25 dollar extra fee for late check-in. This fee goes directly to cover the after-hours assistant who will work late to meet you and deliver your keys. Monthly Rentals Long-term monthly rental discounts are available for extended seasonal stays. For monthly rentals, please note that all utilities are extra and billed separately based on actual guest consumption. Utilities include electricity, water, internet, and propane gas.
