Located in Vilafranca del Penedés, the property is perfect for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. Other things to note The property offers a shared fully-equipped kitchen for guests of both apartments and access to a shared outdoor area with an open terrace. It is located 15 km from the beaches of Garraf, Vilanova i la Geltrú and Sitges, 50 km from Barcelona, and close to Montserrat and its famous monastery. Smoking inside the property is not allowed, but it is permitted on the terrace. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises; cameras are located at the main entrance, entrance hall, exterior and common terraces, and in the gallery area leading to the exterior terrace. There are no cameras inside the apartments or in the kitchen. The building also has a meeting room. Upon request and subject to availability, guests may arrange visits and tours of the cellars, wineries and vineyards, as well as bicycle tours through the Penedès vineyards.
