Sleeping Arrangements (Up to 6 Guests): 2 private bedrooms – a King bed in the master and a Queen bed in the second – plus a comfy pull-out. Sleeps up to 6 guests with fresh linens and plush pillows for all. Two full bathrooms provide convenience (one is a detached bath in the casita, handy for extra guests or post-yoga refresh). Private Casita Suite (livingroom 1 in the pictures): Newly upgraded with a Crate & Barrel sleeper that feels like a proper bed, the casita now welcomes two guests in cozy comfort. It includes its own bathroom with a shower and easy access to the hot tub, yoga studio, and game room perfect for early risers, stargazers, or anyone seeking a little extra privacy. Outdoor Living & Views: Multiple patios and seating areas for every mood. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch, watching a pastel sunrise paint the boulders. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and all of its available amenities. Other things to note • Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • CLEANING FEE As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. • A/C Sage and Stardust is cooled by central HVAC for heat and air. This will help keep the house cool during warmer desert days and warmer during those chilly nights. • SECOND BATHROOM Please note that the second bathroom is in the game room which is detached from the main house, guests will have to walk outside the main house through the breeze through to access to the game room. • ROAD TO THE HOUSE The road to the house is a dirt road. An SUV wont be needed as they are maintained dirt roads but they can be a little bumpy. • WIFI Desert wifi can be super spotty and can go in and out. We have the best service for our rural area but people needing full time high speed might not find those needs met here. Not suitable to work from home from this location. • WASHER/DRYER Sage and Stardust has a washer and dryer available to guests that’s are staying with us for an extended period for 3 or more days. If you are traveling with an infant or young children please let us know and we will give you access to the laundry room too. • FIRE Due to the location and a current open fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. WE DO HAVE A PROPANE FIRE PIT FOR YOUR USE AND ENJOYMENT. • HOT TUB Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and spa. • Guests You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. • HOUSE AND PROPERTY Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees and Owner, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the house and property.
