After your beach adventures, rinse off the salt and sand at the outdoor shower before heading inside to relax. Inside, you’ll find all the modern comforts you need for an enjoyable stay. Multiple flat-screen TVs and DVD players make it easy for everyone to enjoy their favorite shows or movies, while wireless internet access keeps you connected throughout your stay. A washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience, making it easy to keep your beachwear fresh and ready for another day of fun. The home features a fully equipped kitchen stocked with dishes, cookware, and top of the line appliances- everything you need to prepare your favorite meals with ease. Bedding Details: No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. The unit would only come furnished with comforters, pillows, and blankets. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. Beds are not made. A valid Visa or Mastercard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. To confirm their booking, guests will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guests will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our check-in hours are a range between 3 pm - 5:30 pm (7 pm on summer Saturdays). Guests will receive a text message notification within that window once the rental has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction.
