One double bedroom and lounge diner, 1 single fold out bed (child only). Separate entrance. 2 miles from city centre, the Hoe and Barbican. Also 2 miles from the Mount Batten Centre with its water sport facilities. Closest beach 3 miles away with lovely coastal walks. Dartmoor National Park is a short drive away. Cycle routes through parks and forests with a direct route to Dartmoor for the more adventurous and a shorter cycle or walk to Saltram House which is a National Trust Property. The space The apartment is attached to our detached house, both with their own front doors and totally private. the neighbourhood is very quiet and when the weather permits the garden is a lovely to sit and enjoy. There is a large lounge diner with a small kitchen. There is a double bedroom with a small bathroom with toilet, small washand basin and shower.
