This modern, bright, clean space is spacious and ready to host LOTS of guests! 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and 2 dining sets. This Airbnb is strategically located where I25 and 76 converge for easy access to the airport, mountains, and downtown, all while being nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Downtown is only 13 mins away and a short hour drive to the nearest slopes. This place is a safe, comfortable spot to rest your head with friends and family as you explore Colorful Colorado! The space This is a large 5-bedroom house equipped with everything one might need to successfully rest while adventuring in Colorado. There are 2 separate living spaces that can be locked off in case 1/2 of the party would like to rest while the other half continues on. Guest access Access through a private front door entrance with a keypad. Other things to note WIFI: Free highspeed internet Smart TV with streaming capabilities Kitchen: Fully equipped, microwave, stove, oven, cookware, spices. Bathroom: Linens, Soap, Hair dryer. Bedrooms: Linens, extra blankets, hangers, stools. Check-Out instructions: *Please put dishes in dishwasher and start. *Please strip beds and pile linens in a corner. *Take garbage out to green trash bin located on the side of the house. *Guests are welcome to use cleaning supplies found under the kitchen sink and broom in closet. *Turn A/C to 74 and heat to 64 *Close all windows and lock door when you leave. House Rules • No Parties or Events • Be respectful of neighbors • Park on the street in front of house or the driveway, do not park in front of neighbors’ houses. • Smoking Allowed Outside Only • Please make sure to shut and lock doors when you leave LATE CHECK OUT Check out is promptly at 10AM. $100 fee for late check without advance notice. If the guest is more than two (2) hours past check out time (10 AM), then the guest will be charged $100 as the base rate for remaining day, but the guest is still required vacate immediately. If the guest stays for any un-booked/reserved nights there will be a $500 per night charge to their credit card and AirBnb account Towels & Linens: Please ensure all towels and linens remain at the property. Host will charge $20 for each missing towel, pillow, or linen. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: $450 will be charged to guests that throw a party, cause a disturbance, or disrespect the house rules. The house is professionally cleaned between guest stays, and our cleaning crew will report abuse of the property. $450 Fine for smoking indoors. Cleaners will report any evidence of cigarette smoke or marijuana.
