Welcome to The B Side: 1328 — a laid-back 2-bedroom beach apartment one block from the sand in Jacksonville Beach. Walk out the door and you're on the beach in under a minute. Free parking on-site. Sleeps 4 comfortably with two queen beds. This is the lower-level unit of a two-story building — quiet street, easy access, no stairs to climb. The space The space is clean and functional with two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One full bathroom serves both rooms. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook in — fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and pantry basics already waiting. Keurig coffee maker and k-cups are stocked so your first morning is covered. The in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack light and do laundry mid-trip. Beach towels are provided — leave your bulky ones at home. High-speed WiFi and keyless entry make check-in smooth and staying connected easy. Sound machines in each room help block any ambient noise from the busy beach corridor. Step outside and Salt Life Food Shack is a 5-minute walk — cold drinks, fish tacos, full surf-town energy. Mellow Mushroom is right there too, five minutes on foot, great for a casual pizza night. For something nicer, Refinery Jax Beach is a 7-minute walk with oceanfront dining that works for a date night or a birthday dinner. Summer evenings on 1st Street North are electric — outdoor dining, live music, and the smell of the ocean everywhere. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is a 12-minute walk. Publix is a 2-minute drive for groceries. Free on-site parking handles the car. Keyless entry lets you check in on your schedule. The kitchen is stocked with salt, pepper, olive oil, dish soap, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Note: there is a unit above you — if you are sensitive to foot traffic noise, message us and we'll match you to a better fit in our portfolio. There may also be weekday construction noise in the area between 8am and 5pm. A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in. Questions?
