Close access to I95 & Summerlin parkway to get you to the strip in minutes!! The space Every aspect of this house has been remodeled to breathe new life into this lovely home. While the home is equipped to host 10 people, we think the perfect group size is 8. We are happy to host all 10, but keep in mind that 2 of them will sleep on a automatic Serta inflatable air mattress, that you can find in the master bedroom walking closet. Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun, but because sometimes we all need a nice-home-cooked meal we provide a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentialls you'll need!! No need to draw straws on who sleeps where because every room in the house is its own little sanctuary. The master bedroom it has a king size bed, it's own renovated bathroom a big walk in closet, TV with roku and a fantastic view to the backyard. Rooms 2 & 3 each one has a queen size bed & their own Smart TV's with Roku, both shares a hallway full bathroom! Room 4 has two twin-sized beds where your kids will love for sleepovers. The second bed needs to be pull out from under the other one. Special room oriented for children, blue wall, balloon lights even a desk for homework or for fun and a smart tv w/roku for entertainment!! It shares a hallway full bathroom. You can also do some exercise if wanted!! There is one spinning exercise bike and a regular one ready to be used!! Of course we don't forget about the little ones and we provide a tricycle for their fun!! New renovated Kitchen with all the supplies & basics you will need to prepare & enjoy a great meal! Spaceful, peaceful & green backyard to barbecue and rest!! Guest access Any space of the house can be used, with only one exception the garage "closets" that are locked! Of course you can still park two cars inside the garage!
