Porchland Cottage is a hillside retreat featuring views of the countryside with large porches & is the perfect place for a get-away or visiting the Nashville area. The cottage is brand new-extremely clean-8 min to town-40 min to Nashville and only 8 miles to Sumner Regional Med Center. Located on the hillside of historic South Tunnel railroad & close to neighboring Gallatin, one of the most haunted cities in TN. The land was occupied during the civil war by Union soldiers and has an area that is considered “The Fort”, although no structure exists. The space *Private home with 3 comfortable bedrooms featuring 2 queen and 2 full size (double) beds. *All beds have gel infused memory foam mattresses for a cooling luxury sleep. *Master bedroom has its own private bath. *All bedrooms have full size mirrors to let you check out your look...especially if headed off to one of the local wedding venues. *All bedrooms have linens and comforters/quilts and pillows provided along with additional linens. *Bathrooms have plenty of cushy towels to ensure you never run out! Master bedroom has an attached en-suite with tile shower. Upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo. *A comfortable sofa in the living room sleeps an additional guest, if necessary. *All TV’s are smart with Roku that has connections to Netflix, Amazon, etc. *Hi speed Wifi/internet access available through Xfinity 300-400 mbps) *Washer and dryer provided with laundry pods and dryer sheets. *Full kitchen with all your cooking necessities including a Keurig and regular coffee maker with filters, blender, mixer and slow cooker too! *Children's dishes and plastic cups are provided. *Gas grill with extra propane tank and cooking utensils provided. *Enjoy the outdoors with a fire pit that includes 6 Adirondack chairs and natural log stools/side tables that can also be used for extra seating. * A pack and play and safety gate are provided for children. *Porches come furnished with plenty of sitting/rocking chairs for added relaxation and wildlife watching. Rabbits, squirrels, turkey and deer are a common site! *If bringing pets, a small fee for two pets or less of $50 is included in your price breakdown.
