Guest access This cottage is our first offering at Shipps Landing, a 200+ acre gated, private recreation area near Mountain Home, Arkansas, located right along the White River. Accommodations are available by appointment only for our guests' exclusive use. We encourage our guests to bring their ATVs and motorsports or just hike and explore the trails, ponds, and have a picnic on the bluffs overlooking the fabulous White River. RV hookups are available but must be reserved separately. Whether you come to fish for that trophy trout or float along the White River, the Shipps Ferry river access and boat launch is just steps from our gate. Our long driveway has a convenient pull-through turnaround. You may even be lucky enough to see the deer and turkey that live on property and hear the faint sounds of the train in the distance.
