Fast WiFi is accessible throughout the apartment thanks to extenders that are plugged directly into ethernet ports. While this is our newest home, we will not be here if you are, so our interaction with you will be via online communication and phones as necessary. You will be checked-in by our wonderful property manager Lee who is fluent in English and Spanish. Casa Manolita is situated in the "Quadrat d'Or" or Golden Square of the Eixample district with its gems of ornate Modernista architecture. Stepping outside the building you will view across the street one of the several magnificent buildings on the block that were built in the late 19th and early 20th century in the Modernista style that was made famous by architects like Domenech i Montaner, Puig i Cadalfach, and Gaudi. Casa Manolita is a couple blocks from the Urquinaona Metro station and less than half a mile away in various directions from Plaça Catalyuna, Passeig de Grácia, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Born district of the Old City. Truly you can't be better situated in Barcelona than this! It is on a block that has a grocery store, pharmacy, shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants. We have high speed WiFi throughout the apartment as well as a 42" Smart TV that can be unplugged and moved around.
