Set in the rolling hills of Grey Highlands adjoining Kolapore Nature Reserve to the north and 10 minutes from Beaver Valley, 18 minutes to Thornbury and Collingwood. Fully equipped kitchen, stocked pantry and curated larder featuring farm fresh eggs, local cider and preserves. Finely appointed interior for your comfort. Ideal for a couple or small family getaway, and longer stay retreats for those who wish to break away.....find a little balance between life and work. Our guests have complimented us on fully equipping the kitchen, so to that end we do provide these modern appliances: blender, food processor, mixer, hand held mixer/blender, toaster, kettle, Keurig, french press, perc and stove top Italian coffee maker, Belgian waffle maker, and slow cooker. For outdoor endeavours, we provide a Weber BBQ, small charcoal BBQ and 2 live fire opportunities, with grates, and an increasing supply of ways to make a Smore, grill a steak, roast a hotdog on an open fire. We supply basic condiments, and an expanding list like balsamic reductions, anchovy paste, mustards, vinegars, olive oil, canola oil, salts, herbs and spices, and basic baking supplies like flour, baking powder and soda, sugar, our honey and local maple syrup. If we can, we do provide produce and unique wild edibles from our farm next door. Tea and coffee are provided too. Local farm fresh eggs are provided as is a bottle of local hard cider, as available.
