This quiet, upscale & comfortable space with subtle coastal accents will allow you to unwind and rejuvenate after a day touring, working, or relaxing on the beach. A large private balcony overlooks the saltwater pool and you're steps from the fitness + business center. Johns Island, with its laidback natural vibe, is perfectly central to downtown Charleston and all the beaches. This unique sea island boasts attractions such as the Angel Oak Tree and world-class restaurants, breweries, and bars. The space This is a quiet community located just outside of downtown. The rooms are large and spacious so you can spread out. The unit is located on the second floor overlooking the pool deck. There are approximately 17 steps. Guest access You have private access to the entire unit and the pool, fitness center, and business center. Other things to note We love and welcome your well-trained and house-broken fur babies! Up to two cats or dogs, 50 lbs and under only will be accepted. Name, breed, color, and vaccination records will be collected upon check-in. We charge an additional $100 pet fee for each month for one pet, $125 for two pets + a refundable $150 pet deposit for any damages.
