Whether you're staying for a few nights or a few weeks, you will be comfortable at Four Winds Celestial. The entire house, including the main living area and kitchen, is air-conditioned. The Kitchen is completely equipped and kept up to date, so you will have what you need when you need it! The exterior porch is large with plenty of comfortable furniture for everyone to lounge on near the pool. Please note, the pool is not gated and may not be suitable for young children. The master bedroom contains a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed with a queen bed below and a single bed above. The third bedroom contains a queen bed. The third bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground level with a separate entrance. The third bedroom has a desk space and table and chairs, making it ideal for those who have to work and need privacy. Weekly cleaning services are included for stays of 6 days or more. There is a laundry room onsite for the use of our cleaners only, but we will be more than happy to do laundry for you once a week for stays of 6 days or more. Four Winds Celestial features a state-of-the-art back-up water system that will provide full water pressure, 24-7, no matter what. We have also installed a unique gray water and septic system that is Eco friendly and eliminates odors and other problems associated with conventional systems typically used. House security includes a remote controlled alarm system on all windows & doors, Security cameras and 24hr monitoring service for peace of mind while away from the villa. Our loyal gardener, Jorge, is on the property several days a week keeping our one acre of gardens and grounds manicured and well maintained. Wireless fiber optic Internet connection throughout the property. Although there is a laundry room onsite, the laundry appliances are for the use of the cleaning ladies only. As such, we will be more than happy to do laundry for you when the cleaning ladies come once a week. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, it will be our pleasure to quote you for the extra cleanings. K Section of Playa Guiones is a popular residential area that close to enjoy shops and restaurants. The Playa Guiones area is easy to get around walking to most locations or rental of an ATV or gas powered golf cart. A car rental is nice if you'd like to have AC or explore outside the Playa Guiones area. Playa Guiones and the surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, there may be noise from construction projects typically between the hours of 7am and 5pm, but can begin as early as 6am. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay, as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager. Any arrival after 9PM will result in a $150 late check in fee. Late checkout may be available by request. Requests must be received by the Four Winds chat 24 hours in advance of your designated checkout day and time. Any guest who stays beyond the designated departure time without prior approval will forfeit their deposit, with no exceptions. People other than those in the guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Bathroom and pool towels from the home are not to be taken to the beach. Keys: Rental Party agrees to return all keys immediately upon checkout. Failure to do so will result in a $150 charge. Rental Party agrees not to use the premises for any and all improper purposes nor permit any disturbances to the surrounding inhabitants, neighbors, or nature areas.
