The layout of the 1200 square foot apartment makes it feel even larger. There are 2 sets of sliding glass doors leading to the private covered patio, one from the dining area and the other set is from the living room area. The windows in the kitchen and dining area bring in lots of light. There are seats and a table on the covered patio for outdoor dining and relaxing by the lawn, with views of the established palm trees. There are hummingbirds to watch buzzing around the feeder year round. You may enjoy watching your favorite streaming programs on the 46" Smart TV from the kitchen, dining table, living room couch or electric recliner chair. New low profile European style toilet and new bath fixtures just installed. The Host's washer, dryer are available for Guest use with at least one day prior arrangements. Guest access The entire apartment is for Guest use only. Attached private covered patio. One dedicated parking space with more parking availability on the property. Other things to note Your Hosts live in the home above the Guest Apartment. They are available if needed, but your privacy is respected. There are no children or pets living on the property.
