A perfect multi family and friend getaway to the hi-desert. Our space is a single story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with all the amenities you need to feel at home. We have a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor fun (cornhole, shuffleboard, bocce ball), fire pit, BBQ, Hot Tub and pool. We also have various board and family games, along with coloring pencils and things for the kiddos. The home is centrally located - just 15 minutes from JTNP West Entrance and Pioneertown, surrounded by beautiful hikes and scenery, and 5 minutes to Downtown Yucca Valley. BEDROOMS (all bedrooms have fans and central AC): *we have a pack & play if you need one* Bedroom 1 (Master): - King Bed - Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub Bedroom 2: - 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 3: - 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 4: - 2 Full Beds KITCHEN: The kitchen has many modern appliances, dishes, silverware, and includes children's plates, bowls, and cups. A spice rack and basic cooking items are also included. Coffee lovers will enjoy our Coffee Bar equipped with Joshua Tree Coffee beans, coffee grinder, pour over, and coffee maker with milk frother. BATHROOMS: We have three bathrooms, two full and one half. The master bathroom has a walk in shower with spa like misting shower head, as well as separate tub with bath salts. The other full bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Showers are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you don't need to pack those bulky items! A blow dryer is available in the master bathroom and make-up towels are included in each bathroom. TECHNOLOGY: Both living rooms are equipped with Roku TV's so you can login and stream from your favorite apps. There are also live TV channels via the Roku TV app for you to enjoy. We have the fastest available internet plan in the area with up to 1,000 Mbps speeds so you can stream all you'd like. :) PETS: We love our furry friends but unfortunately are unable to host them due to our children's allergies. - Check in is 4pm, Check out is 11am - We have a large driveway and 3 car garage for you to use (street parking not allowed). - Guests will have access to the entire home, except for some locked closets for supplies. NO smoking, pets, or parties. The pool is accessible from May-October, as it cannot heat long enough in the colder months. Town of Yucca Valley quiet hours - 10pm-7am Guests must agree to the town of Yucca Valley Good Neighbor Brochure upon booking.
