Family friendly lake front home on Lake Livingston

Perfect fishing getaway! A renovated, 1600sf family friendly lake front home on a quiet inlet of Lake Livingston. The property is covered in a forest of pine trees. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bunkhouse sleeping for 10. A double decker dock with beautiful views from the entire property, grill, outdoor fireplace, and water fun! Baby items are available. *Boat not available to renters. Rental companies provided. The space The house features an open concept kitchen/living room combo upstairs with beautiful views of the lake, as well as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Downstairs you will find a spacious living area with 2 sets of bunk beds, a pull out sofa, a smart TV with gaming systems, a bedroom, and full bathroom with standing shower. Each story has a wrap around deck with plenty of seating and a table for dining al fresco. The backyard is not fenced but features a double decker dock with an outdoor sofa, loungers, kayaks, and basic fishing gear. The pine trees provide ample shade, you don't feel like you are in Texas any more! Guest access You will have the entire property, dock, and water front to yourselves during your stay. The backyard is not fenced so please keep an eye on children and pets. We have friendly neighbors but please stay within our property lines. Other things to note We love your pets! No more than 2 dogs allowed during your stay (<50lbs please). Additional fees will be incurred if you are bringing your dog. Please be mindful of your dog's waste and clean up after them in the yard and dispose of waste in the waste bin. We ask that you don't allow your dogs on the sofas and you treat our home as if it were yours.
