MASTER BEDROOM: Queen sized bed (Sleeps 2) BEDROOM 2: Hand Built Twin Day Bed & trundle bed underneath (Sleeps 2) BEDROOM 3: Hand Built Twin Bunk Beds (Sleeps 2) Living Room: Couch (Sleeps 1) (*please note this is a regular couch and not a pull-out bed) KITCHEN: Dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, cooking basics, dishware, flatware, tupperware, coffee machine (K-Pod compatible), toaster. LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer & Dryer, Beach Towels. We have new washer & dryer units, but please be aware that as we have hard well water, using these machines CAN result in hard water marks left on your clothing. **USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.** We wash clothes with laundry detergent and distilled vinegar, and this normally prevents stains, but we just want to make sure guests are aware of this risk. We recommend using Zoom Express for laundry, which is located about 10 mins from the cottage in Douglas. OUTSIDE: Come sit outside and enjoy nature on our patio that has seating for 4, a table, umbrella, and a charcoal grill. The yard includes a NEWLY added FIRE PIT area with with 4 adirondack chairs and footrests. You can even play a game of cornhole (aka bean bag toss or bags) with our boards! (Cornhole boards are stored in the master bedroom closet) The cottage has a beautiful, spacious back yard filled with ferns, flowers, & other plants that attract butterflies, deer, turkey & other wildlife in the spring & summer. PROVIDED: Free Wifi, Parking (driveway - can fit 4-5 vehicles), A/C, Heating, Keyless Entry, Board Games/Card Games, Some Children's Toys, Coffee (K-Pods), Tea, Spices (salt/pepper, garlic powder), Trash Bags, Hangers, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Detergent, Hand Soap, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Linens, Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hair Dryer, Laundry Detergent & Fabric Softener OR Dryer Balls, Basic Cleaning Supplies. We also provide a cooler that you can take to the beach with you. You can find this cooler stored in the master bedroom closet! Other things to note ACCESSIBILITY: This is a one floor home with no interior stairs. The main entrance includes no stairs, but the other entrance near the patio includes three stairs. The home has not been child proofed. One bedroom includes a bunk bed where the upper bunk is accessible by a ladder.
