Have fun, relax & stay with the whole family at our peaceful, unique home. This is a wonderful neighborhood, mostly quiet. Located out of city limits, but 5 miles to Pinehurst Golf Resort. Occasionally you may hear neighbors practice shooting on their range. We offer many amenities for nearly everyone to enjoy. Walking path, ping pong, pool table, fuseball, darts, volleyball, lrg fire pit, basketball ball, playground, twirly slide, tetherball, pool, playground, Sauna, hot tub & 500 ft Zip line. The space Our home is clean and tidy, we offer many amenities for all ages to enjoy! BEDROOM #1 has a king bed. Smart Tv in the room, alarm clock, sound machine opt. Dark out curtains, 2 robes for your convenience. The closet has a Large Safe and a queen blow up mattress. With sheets and blanket. BEDROOM #2 has 1 queen size bed, dark out curtains, optional ozone air filter in the room. Tv in the room, sound machine. Large safe in the closet as well as baby amenities and 2 robes for your convenience. BEDROOM#3 has a full bunk beds with 1 full size bed on the bottom and 1 full size bed on the top. A twin bed is optional that pulls out from under the bunk beds, spare sheets for the twin are in the closet, Tv in room, Toys, kids books, large wall light brite, sound machine opt. ROOM #4 has a Sauna with sound therapy as well as light therapy. There is exercise equipment as well as a treadmill with a paid subscription to IFIT. We have a TV on the wall with a remote. We provide sanitize wipes to wipe down the equipment that you use. Kitchen is fully equipped, toaster, rice cooker, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, and so much more. Book shelve holds many board games for entertainment. The living room has 5 recliners in the sofa sets, huge75 inch Smart LG TV Office area with a full guest access computer and printer with paper. Foosball table with other optional games like air hockey. Foyer closet has a Large dog cage available for guests dogs, and 8 folding chairs if needed. Lower level Bedroom #4 has a second king bed. This room also has a rocker & a tv on the wall., dark out curtains, sound machine opt . Lower level full functioning kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave etc. island that seats 4 Lower level has a sofa couch that has a sofa pull out bed. Tv on the wall. A 2 player Retro arcade game with 412 classic games. Lower level has a pool table. There is a real dart board on the wall in the pool table room. Has exit doors to enjoy the back yard amenities. Hot tub, in ground 16x40 pool with slide & diving board. Ping pong table, tether ball, volleyball, trampoline and a 500 ft. Zip line holds up to 230lbs maximum. Play ground and lighted walking path. Please note, we do not charge a cleaning fee, however, if excessive cleaning is required above our standard housekeeping/turnover procedures, (example: pet hair or any animal excrements, dirty grill, etc.), we will have to request or file a claim for the extra fees. We hope that you understand and we prefer to not have to do that at all! So please be mindful, we would love to keep blessing our guests during their stay. :) Guest access Guests have Full PRIVATE access. There are 3 entrances, two of which are on the main floor. The upper wrap around deck has out door dining area & seating areas, BBQ grill, gas fire pit, and twirly slide. The lower level has an exit to access the lower level seating area, backyard and outside amenities. A large stone fire pit, log pile, basketball, volleyball/badminton net, tetherball, ping pong, pool,Jacuzzi, zip line, playground, and walking path. Other things to note We would LOVE to be your host, BUT BEFORE YOU BOOK with Shining Light Ranch we would like you to know that PRIOR to your stay WE REQUIRE A WAIVER AND LIABILITY RELEASE to be signed by each guest staying with your group and names and ages of children added to it. THIS IS A MUST! We do have horses and 2 mini Donkeys on premises as well as amenities that could pose a potential risk. Mini Donkeys are protective and can harm or even kill your dog/dogs PLEASE keep your dogs on leashes at ALL times! Please let us know how you would prefer to receive the forms from us.
