Panoramic terrace on the 4th floor with amazing views of Cusco! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with numerous restaurants, laundries and shops within walking distance of the house. The space The apartment, just one block from the famous San Blas market, is located on the ground floor and overlooks the internal patio. Access without stairs is perfect for those who fear fatigue due to the altitude. The interior does not have abundant natural light, but just outside the door you will find an outdoor space furnished with a comfortable sofa (private) and garden tables (shared). Furthermore, on the fourth floor, it is possible to access a bright panoramic terrace overlooking the city of Cusco: from the snow-capped peaks of Ausangate to the baroque domes of the churches in the center! The apartment has an open space where the living room and kitchen are located. The space dedicated to the lounge offers a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a smart TV. The kitchen is small, but well equipped with an microwave and 4-burner stove. Coffee maker and kettle available. The double bedroom features a bed with a premium mattress and a spacious wardrobe. Access to a small laundry area where it is possible to hang dry and wash by hand. Finally, the study which overlooks the internal patio and is equipped with a desk. The bathroom is equipped with basic amenities and a gas shower (hot water 24/7).
