Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. ★ DAMAGE DEPOSIT ★ We understand that accidents can happen. Once the reservation is confirmed, a damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage occurs and all house rules are followed. Alternatively, guests can choose to pay a non-refundable one-time fee that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear, with no deductible. Please note: this option does not cover damages resulting from house rule violations. ★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★ The Short-Term Rental Permit Number for this house is STR-24-111 issued by the City of Lewisville. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Login info will be provided upon request. ★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★ Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data.
