Perfect place to relax in the warm water during the cold months! SECURITY: For your safety and security, there are exterior cameras (front yard, backyard, and a video Ring Doorbell). There are no cameras inside of the home for your privacy. The outdoor cameras are only reviewed when necessary [settling a claim or if an incident occurs]. POOL RULES: There is NO fence surrounding the pool or a lifeguard on duty. Please watch and attend to all children and non-skilled swimmers around pool. Please note the pool is only 5 feet deep; therefore NO diving for your safety! By continuing with this reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all Pool Rules. An agreement document is be provided in our guestbook. HOUSE RULES: - NO parties or large gatherings! Any party or large gathering will result in immediate cancellation without refund and fined up to $1,000. - Any call from the cops will immediately incur $500, on top of the city fines.
