It is rated 5 star for a reason-- Have your coffee on your own patio and enjoy the Classic Biltmore style architecture and gardens that surround you. This truly is resort paradise living. Even enjoy a massage on property! Hiking trails and horseback riding on the beach , polo, and restaurants, wine tasting, shops all 5 minutes away. You deserve this! The space Set on a beautiful 5 1/2 acre groomed estate grounds, the Guest Quarters, which is under the same roof as the main house, but has its own entrance. It is private and a completely separate flat with a stocked European kitchen with full sized appliances. The double French iron doors open up to a hand carved Santa Barbara stone fountain full of koi fish and a patio to enjoy al fresco dining. The view is expansive and lovely. There is a filter RO device on the water spicket and cold filtered ice and water in the refrigerator door. There is a soft water unit supplying soft water for your showers. Beach towels are available for beach goers. Trail to beach is on property and is a beautiful 20 minute walk along a stream. Plantation shutters can be closed for black out morning sleepers or open to see the fountain and enjoy the garden. The sounds of birds and waterwill make you relax instantly, and if that doesn't, light the fireplace and cuddle up with a selection of pods of your favorite coffee. Plush 100 %Turkish cotton towels and bath amenities supplied. Bedding is Egyptian cotton to ensure a wonderful nights sleep. High Speed WIFI, Flatscreen TV has multiple Cox cable tiers available to you, especially when you are so excited being here you can't sleep or you are too sore from your tennis match!:) Downtown Santa Barbara is 11 miles. It takes 13 minutes-20 by car depending on traffic. Sleepy beach town of Carpinteria is just as interesting with the "Worlds Safest Beach" and walks along the seal bluffs 10 minutes by car. Polo is walking distance if you want to see Prince Harry on a horse. Sorry but absolutely No pets (We are allergic) /No smoking/No visitors. Guest access Your suite, your private patio, pool and tennis court (sometimes but not often shared) use with signed waiver. Court time should be reserved ahead of time. Pool can be heated and reserved for private use for an additional fee, when available. If shared maximum would be two other guests and it more often than not is never used. Property is large enough and proximity of other guests make it rare they run into each other. Safe place for car inside gates on grounds. Not street parking. Other things to note Santa Barbara collects a 14% TOT(Transient Occupant Tax or bed tax) on the total charges and a 2% Tbid tax ( Tourism Business Improv District). Cash only for both please will be collected upon arrival. This is in addition to the Airbnb charges. Hotels and STR's by law are required to pay this. I will send total prior to your stay. ID of guests staying will also need to be shown upon check in as Airbnb restricts no third party bookings. This is a stay for 2 guests only. If you have more in your party let me know and I may be able to accommodate close by. Non marking tennis shoes for court play only. Bring rackets and balls and let me know when you plan to play so I can have it clean and ready. No smoking/ no pets/ no visitors. Waiver must be signed for tennis and pool if plan to use please let me know. Court must be reserved ahead of time. Pool and Tennis is sometimes shared but not often and can be reserved privately for extra fee. If interested please inquire. There is no forced air AC, but there is a mobile cooler with fan, however it has only been used once as the ocean breeze is why people stay here. AC is not needed in Santa Barbara. Check in later than 8 pm requires a $75.00 late check in fee. After 10pm is $100.
