Come explore the city using our home as a base! We have a workspace for ultimate versatility. We are located on Antique Row and are conveniently less than 10 minutes from PBI Airport, City Place, Worth Avenue, Convention Center, Kravis Center, Norton Museum, Palm Beach Zoo. Beach towels, chairs & umbrella provided! The space As you walk through the front door, you'll enter a traditional Florida room with numerous windows, which also doubles as your dining space. We have a fully equipped chef's kitchen which opens up to the living space. Our 'back room' includes a workspace, a large capacity front loading washer & dryer and a coffee bar. We take our coffee seriously! We're definitely a 'coffee first' family. Fresh whole beans and grinder provided along with all the standard fixins: different types of sugar & creamer. Bedrooms are split with a bathroom in between. Queen bed in the primary and a twin bed in the second bedroom. We also have a fold-away bed & air mattress available as additional sleeping space. TVs in both main living space and second bedroom. Access to the courtyard style back patio from back room. We also have a sliding wooden gate that opens up from the driveway for easy storage of bicycles, motorcycles, kayaks, paddleboards, etc. Bring all of your toys! Charcoal BBQ grill provided. Our Chicago brick paver driveway is private & exclusively for you, conveniently right next to the front door. It fits one vehicle, large or small. Our street is a one-way with extra free parking available if you have a second vehicle. We love our neighborhood - it's very walkable & bikeable. Our favorite walk-to restaurants: Cholo Soy for tacos, Belle & Maxwell's for for a glass of wine & mussels. If you feel like getting fancy: Cafe Sapori for Italian classics.
